This is a tradition we're sure you don't want to miss out in Central Oregon, since there are few to none of the local Mexican restaurants celebrating this tradition
We're bringing to Central Oregon community a tradition we truly miss of our Mexico!
These 1st and 2nd of November, we're going to share with you a few of our traditional dishes that are commonly enjoyed during these days
Known in our culture as "Día De Los Muertos", we're going to celebrate this day with these following cuisine: - Tamales Oaxaquenos, Pan de Muerto & Mole Oxaqueño
Imagine a creamy Tamale, filled with Chicken Mole and covered in a Plantain leaf to give it that distinct flavor
Then, have a Mole Oxaqueño dish that will make you taste the authentic spices and processes of Oxaca
To end it off, relish a Pan de Muerto bread that is going to give you that sugary, orange zest flavor you have rarely tasted before
