Well, we focused on making it more than it originally was created. Our Burrito Percherón it stuffed with Carne Asada (Arrachera), bell peppers, onions, guacamole, pico de gallo, rice and beans.
You can only imagine the mix the of creamy, salty, meaty and delicious ingredients in this Burrito.

Since our Head Chef Emmanuel understands how important the cuts used for are, here at Carnaval we use tender and juicy skirt meat to prepare our Carne Asada.
Not only that, the way we let you experience the variety of flavors is by integrating a grilled Chorizo, sweet Cambray onions, tangy Pico de Gallo, creamy Guacamole, red Rice and Black Beans.
Without a doubt, it's one of our those dishes that makes you feel a little bit closer to Mexico, even though we're hundreds of miles away.
